Nilsoft / Adelaide, South Australia

Software acts.
Someone should be able
to account for it.

Nilsoft reviews, repairs and builds operational systems where state, decisions, action and evidence need to hold together.

The person behind the work

A systems architect.
Accountable for the work.

Sean owns Nilsoft’s direction and system design. He examines how software, human decisions and system boundaries fit together, then connects findings and proposed changes to the available evidence.

Observe → resolve → act → prove. Where the evidence ends, uncertainty stays visible.

How Nilsoft approaches a system

Follow the transition.
Keep the distinctions.

Governed Computation is the theory and practice of legitimate state transition. Its operating method is observe → resolve → act → prove.

  1. 01

    Observe

Establish the current state and the evidence behind it.

  2. 02

    Resolve

Find the decision owner, governing source, and unresolved conflicts.

  3. 03

    Act

Define a bounded move. The diagnostic proposes a correction; it does not change customer systems.

  4. 04

    Prove

Specify how the effect and successor state can actually be checked.

Ownership

Clear responsibilities.
Clear limits.

Nilsoft can review, diagnose or separately agree implementation. Each engagement defines the workflow, decision owner, permitted changes and acceptance evidence. Customer policy and business decisions remain with the customer.

Nilsoft may build software used by adjacent systems and entities. Integration does not transfer their identity, decisions or canonical authority to Nilsoft. Vega is Sean's operator and authored-systems identity; Nilsoft remains the software and product entity.
